The CR coordinator and Sustainable Material Specialist is part of the Corporate Responsibility team, which is

responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the CR strategy for Just Brands. The CR

strategy is implemented as a part of the day to day business and influences all operations company wide.

The job is twofold in which the tasks are divided between coordinating the supply chain working groups and

leading the sustainable raw material working group.

What is the purpose of your job?

As a CR coordinator and Sustainable Material Specialist you are the point of contact on the design,

development and buying department when it comes to Corporate Sustainability. In collaboration with internal

and external specialists and different working groups that each focus on an area of the CR strategy, you are

responsible for minimizing the environmental impact, optimize sustainable purchasing practices, increase

sustainable material use and circularity, supply chain transparency, and social responsibility.

The underlying goal is to create and execute the corporate responsibility strategy aligned with the company's values,

business objectives, and industry standards focused on the supply chain, in the broadest sense of the word.

These are your main activities:

• Develop, implement and monitor the CR strategy aligned with the company’s goals on supply chain level (social compliance, more sustainable materials and environmental impact).

• Manage the team captains of the supply chain working groups.

• Collaborate with the product department managers for optimal implementation of the CR strategy.

• You are the point of contact for the styling, development and buying department when it comes to Corporate Sustainability.

• Create, follow-up and report on detailed roadmaps to track progress towards goals.

• Foster a culture of sustainability throughout the styling, development and buying department.

• Research and recommend new technologies and practices that enhance the use of more sustainable materials.

• Develop and implements a more sustainable material sourcing strategy aligned with company goals and industry best practices.

• Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators.

• Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on sustainability practices.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with suppliers to improve sustainability performance and compliance.

Position within the organization.

In this position you are responsible for the guidance and coaching of: CSR specialist, Environmental

specialist, RSL compliance controller.

In this position you will be guided and coached by: The CR Manager. You will be reporting to the CR

manager.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Business, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and quantify environmental and social impacts.

• Proven experience in sustainable material sourcing and supply chain management.

• In-depth knowledge of sustainable material certifications and industry standards.

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management with internal and external parties, including government agencies, NGOs etc.

• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
