Working Environment
The Marc O’Polo Campus in Stephanskirchen has an open-plan layout, designed to encourage interaction between colleagues. As a result, teams that cooperate closely can generally use desks that are not far from each other. Especially in the summer months, a number of terraces offer inviting places for conducting conversations outside. Our buildings include a variety of meeting points, workspaces and project rooms, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for freely reorganising the working area and for encouraging dialogue between co-workers.
